Our room was clean and very stylish and was well maintained by the housekeeping staff who did an amazing job and never once did they ever bother us or knock on our door while we were there in the room. Having a restaurant on the 15th floor with excellent tasty food was very convenient. This hotel is adjacent a very big shopping center with some of your nicer high-end retailers, which I’m sure my credit card companies enjoyed. My overall experience at this...

"Very clean hotel. Its a bit weird they have many men just hanging out on the sidewalk and by the lobby though. Hey management, as travelers coming to a new place, even as a man, i dont want to see random men just hanging outside of the hotel. I can only imagine how a woman would feel. "Great location and accommodation. Easy access to Macroplaza, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing that surprised us was that the shower door was a glass door and transparent at the top and bottom, which was awkward for us. We got free drink vouchers and the rooftop lounge was nice. "

"The hotel was perfect to the fact that the event we had planned was right across the street. The breakfast was delicious. Clean and staff was very helpful. Ingrid the staff front desk was perfect, she helped out with booking a massage and we communicated well with my not so good Spanish and her English but hey we communicated. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Monterey. P"
