"Very ample room and great amenities. The lobby is very helpful and serviceable. Centrally located but the hotel has quite a few restaurants and other stores, including a 7-11 onsite. "
"The staff, and the head chef and everyone involved, were extremely helpful and very respectful. Despite our language barrier, everyone was polite and kind. Very sad to leave, but no doubt that we will recommend the Granbell to anyone. "
"The Knot is in Shinjuku but on the quiet side. It can be a little confusing to find metro entrances and figuring out the best exits but it’s convenient to major lines. We also used the 51 bus. From Shibuya to the hotel is an easy route. The breakfast made our days better! Started off long days of exploring Tokyo with a delicious breakfast and the variety allowed us lots of variations in meals.
Not luxurious but comfortable and good value. "
