Terra Nova has a charm that many other hotels in Kingston lack. The staff is warm and personable, they will help you with what ever you need.It is ultimately the quintessential go to hotel in Kingston for me. True Jamaican hospitality! If you enjoy Jamaican culinary I would highly recommend.

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. RafJam was awesome! The food was great, all natural, fresh, made to order. Relaxing atmosphere and I mean stress free! No problems or issues with anything. My dad and I went to sky's villa for an event and we were wonderfully surprised by the beauty and amenities of the property. The design of the common areas was lively and the rooms' decor were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised when the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a full jamaican breakfast. Big up Sky's!! I would definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area.

I was impressed by-the personalized attention by the owner to my specific Keto diet needs. The property was nice , very clean and fully furnished with modern appliances.

This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. My family and I enjoyed this property. The staffs were very professional, the property well kept, my room and bathroom were very clean. I enjoyed our meals at the onsite restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful. The waiters/eating area staff needs more training. The room was very clean and a nice view. The young lady that checked me in was the most pleasant representative I've met in jamaica in a long time
