"The ice cube dispenser on the second floor was great ! The rooms are quiet and the staff was hospitable! Also the beds are very comfortable. The front desk was accommodating to allow us into our room early after a long transatlantic journey! "

"Upon arrival we were told that an associate would take us to our apartment. After waiting around for 15 - 20 minutes I asked someone if they could help us. They showed us to our apartment. The apartment was bare bones. There were not kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was no room in the bathroom for toiletries. The kitchen table was an office desk. The queen bed has 2 very small pillows. And oh my goodness the spiral staircase was a nightmare! Thank heavens we were on the second floor and not the third. Simply put, I would not stay there again. "
