"The hotel’s location was excellent. We were able to walk in Centro and it was convenient to get back to from other parts of the city.
We were given likely the worst room in the hotel: 101. It had no exterior view as claimed in the listing. The window went to an interior shaft. The room laminate floor was never cleaned. The mattress was comfortable, but over-sized for the sheets. So, the bottom sheet never stayed in place.
Multiple times we were awakened after 11pm by renovations in the hotel restaurant: drills, saws and hammers. When we reached out to the front desk, they did not think it was a problem. They promised to get back to us, and never called back to the room.
We were given complimentary breakfast one day. It would not have been worth the extra cost. "
"The room looked nothing at all like the website. Pure cement and laminate, the bathroom separated from the shower with space so small the doors don't work. The coffee machine didn't work and they have no breakfast, not even coffee. We paid for late checkout but the cleaning staff still pressured us to leave before the agreed checkout time. They act like it's special but I've seen prisons that seem more comfortable. No room service and very cold. You have to stay in bed just to keep from freezing! If you have a worst enemy, recommend it. Otherwise, absolutely not! "
