"My experience at Hotel Boutique Delfina was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with carefully curated décor and a peaceful atmosphere that truly invites you to relax. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with details that make a difference. The staff was consistently kind and attentive, always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside I noticed was that the restaurant service could use some improvement, as it tended to be quite slow...

"Hotel room was run down, bedside table was hanging off, room wall had a big splotch of cement and unpainted, closet had alot of broken cement and bathroom toilet was leaking the whole time we were there. The room smelt clean and someone was always available to attend to you. Not sure if it’s just our room, but it was really run down. "

"This hotel is lovely and set back away from the noise of the street. Very clean and new finishings with a nice little kitchenette and separate bedroom/living room areas. The staff were all so kind and welcoming and the pool was wonderfully refreshing after a day of sightseeing in the heat. There is also a nice little restaurant on the premises that serves delicious home cooked food. I will definitely return to this beautiful little oasis in Merida. "
