Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

What a great experience. After having a flight cancelled I found myself at the SpringHill suites. Tired and frustrated, I was met with kindness, and a great welcome from Freddie at the front desk. Check in was quick and painless. Additionally, both shuttle drivers I met were extremely kind, especially Quinn. Would highly suggest this hotel to others who may find themselves in the Philadelphia area!

We really enjoyed staying here. Our family of 6 fit nicely in our room (two beds and a foldout sofa). The breakfast was nice. Wendy’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot was nice and a gas station too. Near the freeway made it an easy stop on our trip. Staff was great! Thank you!

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was available. When I got to my room the curtains were closed over the window. It was not until the next morning that I realized there was a sliding glass door that actually had been open all night. When the room was cleaned the doors should have been closed and locked.

My room and bathroom were very clean. I liked that the bedding smelled fresh. Check in was quick. The only downsize was they don't have a shuttle to the airport.

We had a 6am flight and staying here made it very convenient. The shuttle took us to our terminal at4am. The dining room was great. A little in the high side but delicious food. We couldn't believe how quiet the hotel was also

This place is very cool. It was built at the campus arboretum and they used the wood from the trees to make furniture mill work etc. The staff is great also. I very rarely eat in any hotel however I was tired and did not feel like driving so I ate at the bar. Fabulous meal and great service. I stay center city usually but I did not need to go into town so I stayed at a cool place in the burbs

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. The on-site restaurant and room service were convenient, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast options varied between buffet and à la carte, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that our stay coincided with prom season, so there was some noise from events taking place nearby. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience. Property was very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

The bowl was very nice and in a safe secluded area. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a little trouble with the toilet but after letting the front desk know, it was fixed right away. The breakfast was excellent and the man that worked in there was even better. Super friendly and helpful on suggestions on what to do in Philadelpia. Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Parking isn’t included but we managed.

I like that it's right along the Delaware river and you can see the planes flying into the airport. As well as, a park right next door. Has a hotel shuttle to take you to and from the airport. Also, has some restaurants and a WAWA in walking distance.
