Room was nice and clean. We couldn’t retrieve the codes to get into the property nor the room. We had to make several calls. We never did get a response from the owner. Locations was nice.
Spacious room and the bed was so comfortable! We were in a very hot room but the staff was able to provide us with a fan, which helped somewhat. My only complaint about this place is that they have a pretty severe fly problem. There were flies everywhere! They offered to spray our room, but the thought of insecticide nixed that idea. Instead, we bought a newspaper and swatted them. We killed 18 flies in our room and there were still at least 10 in there that we counted when we left. There...
It is a nice clean room, staff is friendly, and right next to the train station. I had to take the 4.50 airport train to the airport and it was perfect.
Everything was great during my stay but 2 things that exceeded my expectations were the breakfast and the gym facility. The breakfast was one of the best ive ever had in a hotel and the gym had every equipment you can think of. Only thing that i would like to see next time is a SMILE on the receptionists face.
Great “Oslo” hotel. Train into downtown runs every 10 minutes. Airport train picks up and drops off in Lillestrøm. It’s a five minute walk from the station. Almost as convenient as staying right in the center of Oslo.
Hard to find it on the beginning, I wrote an email to ask the best way to get there, since my flight was very late, didn’t get an answer, you should help better with directions before someone gets there, everything else was perfect
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, and the service from everyone we encountered was professional, and courteous - top-notch.
What made our stay, though, was Philip at the front desk. We had left a backpack at a museum earlier in our trip and only discovered it after closing time. This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I've ever had! The staff were wonderful from the time I arrived until the time I departed. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was delightful with the rain shower. I particularly loved the blackout curtains that were set up to overlap each other and therefore let absolutely zero light in. I slept really well, especially since there was minimal noise. I missed the complimentary breakfast the first two mornings...

About a 10 minute walk down to the tram station at the same place you can cross over a pedestrian bridge for the bus stop that has an approx. $29 US bus to the airport. No other restaurants close by. There is a supermarket about a five minute walk. The staff was amazing.
What a great property directly in front of the Christmas markets! Andres and the staff were super helpful and the breakfast is impeccable!! Would highly recommend to stay here. I would not recommend having a car as Oslo is a walkable city and not designed for cars. Train from the airport is the cheapest and most convenient recommendation. Only a 10-min walk to the hotel.
