"Nice Property"

"The hotel was amazing, very helpful when asking questions, especially not being able to speak Spanish. The breakfast buffet was incredible, tons of choices everyday, great way to start a busy day touring such a beautiful country. Rooftop views & amenities were spectacular. Great place to stay centrally located in the heart of all the sites."

"The staff is nice and usefull, but definitely under staff. The rooms are clean but the floors and furniture shows the tear and wear, need some renovations. "Nice very clean and comfortable room. Great staff. As far as hotels go it’s a solid 4 star - was just missing a bit of ‘something’ - not as much memorabilia on show in reception and bar areas as I’d expect. Would I recommend - yes."

"Amazing excellent service outstanding facilities and wonderful staff"

"Nice hotel catering for students but rather basic. Good location for access to metro but long way out of madrid"
