Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money. The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage. Nice service fast check in

We found this hotel to be quite luxurious an the location was great! Check in process was quick and painless. The front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and we appreciated the cleanliness. Breakfast selection was also very good.

This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!

First class accommodation at a great location in KL, close to the botanic garden, old train station, and Merdeka square. I was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, enjoyed the spacious bathtub. Vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet are limited, but enough to satisfy (congee, roti with dal, eggs, yogurt, toast, fruit). Staff was friendly and attentive. Some noise at night from the road below and the monorails--rooms on the back might be quieter.

Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺. Breakfast was ok, for local nightlife activities the food night market was 1 minute away walking so super convenient, really good food, I enjoyed that option. Everything was amazing except it is located in PJ. Pretty far from KL and the neighborhood is not good.

The Traveler’s Ark was excellent. It is above the Petaling Market in Chinatown and the n the center of everything. Great views from the roof deck. We enjoyed the lounge/ coffee bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make a great latte. Lounge is filled with a range of characters— many who appear to be digital nomads. The room was simple but nice. We had a private bath and our own gecko near the coffee service :). The only little complaint is that it would be nice to have a soap...

Excellent location. Clean and friendly staff. Stayed here 5 nights. Wish there was a change in dishes at breakfast. After 5 days with the same dishes gets boring. And they don’t have hot chocolate. And no Nutella/Chico paste at breakfast.
