"Nice hotel, lifts were awkward. Property was quite dated, in particular the bathroom. Sheets did not fit the size of the bed. Very loud when sleeping due to location. Location was a major plus as well though, due to being in centre of Hanoi."
"It was a last minute reservation and I did not regret my decision to in this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and you can even order from the menu for free. The manager made sure we had enough and enjoy the food. I have traveled around the world but this hotel staff were the most welcoming people in the world. The staff accompanied us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed.
