"Excellent staff, always friendly & helpful. Outstanding location one block from historical centre. Lovely spacious room, modern bathroom. The only negative: parking is not €10/day. The parkade next to the hotel allows 15 min free. But a full day is €16.50 = €33 for 2 days. Luckily street parking up a hill as suggested by reception. . "The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast had plenty from which to choose."

"Very friendly, ideal location less than half mile from centre, had to pay for parking but at least it was close by, very clean, lovely quiet outside terrace on first floor, beds ok did suit me personally but rest of family all good."

"I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water."
