Luxury and great location. We will be back to the Maistra.

What can I say other than I had an incredible 5 night stay! I enjoyed the included wonderful breakfast spread, hiking 3 days with the included hotel hiking guide, going to the Wellness area, afternoon treats. They will also pick guests up at the Pontresina train station. I had such a marvelous time at Hotel Walther, that I will be going there again next year but for a longer stay.

We had a double mountain room and it was spacious and clean. The hotel is newer and in a beautiful location with great views and very close proximity to bus stop. Everyone who worked at the hospital was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of offerings (and with a big buffet area and two coffee makers, it never felt crowded even when the hotel was full). Beautiful stay. the breakfast and the spa were the highlights! The thing that stood out the most among the other hotels was the free ski shuttle and they will also pick you up from the local train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

About a 2 minute ride from the Pontresina train station. We took the train from Lucerne to Pontresina en route to Milan. Beautiful train ride. The property is brand new and staff super accommodating. Superior room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with amazing mountain views. Dinner on property was excellent and reasonable. Bar was nice and offered several beers from local brewery along with full liquor and menu. Trails right outside front door, staff super friendly and helpful. ...

Staff was amazing- friendly, helpful, and inviting. Our room was basic and the bathroom was quite small, but to be expected at a hotel of this age and charm.

Great location and easy access to skiing via buses to mountains. Ambiance was amazing and they picked us up from the train station Staff was excellent Dario showed us around right from check in and Mira was so helpful during our stay. They even provided ice bags for a leg injury and non allergenic pillow w sleeping. Breakfast was great!!!

Amazing place and very expensive. Restaurant breakfast was super but dinner was not. Spa and pool was first class. Great location and walkable

The staff was obnoxiously nice, and the place was spotless, and breakfast was above average. For the price (we paid $160 us) we ended up staying another night. Also the beds in Europe have been pretty tough, the bedding er this place was very comforting. Would easily stay again and I have no complaints.
