"Great location. It is within walking distance to many of the town's attractions but far enough away to get a quiet night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers many choices and changes slightly daily. Pool is great to relax in. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of parking. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We had one of the refurbished rooms with a sea view from the small balcony. Very handy location and close to various bars and restaurants in Cowichan Bay"

"Very clean, & we had a quiet room with a fridge which I appreciate. Also a good restaurant attached so that was great. Comfy beds, & a good bedside light that I could read by in the night without waking up my room mate and a good shower over a bath. An outdoor pool too & I’d stay there again"

"The view from the room is breathtaking. Worth the drive."

"Room had a breathtaking view of the bay. Very peaceful and private. Easy access to the beach and nearby walking trail. Numerous Eagle, Raven, Osprey sightings as well as seals, otter, mink and deer. Our first trip to Mayne Island and we are definitely returning."

"Excellent place to stay in Duncan. You can walk everywhere in town. Good location. Would stay again!"

"Perfect pitstop for my work trip up island. Picked it because it was cheap and being between towns wouldn’t have meth heads trying to break into my truck. Front desk was awesome!!"

"Clean, quiet, recent improvements (new flooring), enough beds for our family of 5. Staff were friendly and helpful. Took a swim in the outdoor pool. Is right next to a McDonald's."

"I love staying here when I visit the island. It's close to the casino and everything downtown. Never have any complaints about the staff, real down to earth people. The rooms are clean and we never have trouble sleeping due to noise."
