The Royal Nadi is simply lovely. A bit outside of dusty and hot Nyuang Shwe, it's close enough (a few minutes drive or about a 20 minute bike ride) into town. The setting is beautiful, with a great sun deck overlooking a beautiful pond, with spectacular sunset views. The service is 5 STAR, without a doubt. The dining manager and staff, as well as the chef himself, were all incredibly friendly and sincerely kind. We were a couple traveling with a parent too, and we all enjoyed coming back at the...

The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted.
