Hotel Kompas

"The hotel Kompass is located in a beautiful spot by the sea yet close enough to the old town that you can go there in 10mn. The staff was very helpful , always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were all taken care off. A special mention to Martina at breakfast thanks to whom we always started our days with a big smile. The pool was clean with enough chairs for everyone. Lots of restaurants at a walking distance. The view was amazing from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Greta location, lovely hotel, the staff weren’t the most endearing. The breakfast was lovely and lots of variety, includes a mimosa station and an egg station and loads of different fruits and pastries. The house keeper who did my room was super lovely! The sunbeds near the sea were usually were all busy by 10:00am. Free towels available for the pool each day."

"I was only staying for one night and I think they put me in an old room because of that. Positives, very easy to get into the old town the bus stops outside the hotel and the trip takes about 20 minutes and I think is about 5 euro each way and the busses run late into the night. The hotel was much cheaper than hotels closer to the old town and if you are driving was very easy to get to. I travelled on Motorbike and this was safely parked right next to the hotels kitchens which is mainly out of site. The beach and bar are great as was the breakfast.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The negatives is that the bedroom corridors need a refurbish as did by room, they did not reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel, which is a shame. Would I stay their again, yes because apart from sleeping in my room I hardly used it, and everything else was great and it was good value for money"
