"The hotel was clean and well maintained with bar on which was nice and restaurant. Its position in Harrogate is perfect for all amenities and across Rd the jazz bar and Betty's"

"Decent location, room was okay but far too hot. Iron/ hairdryer provided. Staff were polite but felt they were just going through the script. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Didn't use bar. No atmosphere here, would not use again."

"Excellent 3 night stay the room was very spacious a little dated but spotlessy clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also large and spotless with bath and over shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The big bonus was being allowed to park my car early on the check-in day and check in later. Absolutely fantastic service. Many thanks. Will definitely consider using again even Harrogate"

"I made things complicated by having two separate third-party bookings for one night each (separate because plans changed, third-party because I can use Tesco clubcard vouchers) but they were able to arrange for me to move into an (upgraded!) room instead of having to check out and back in later. I enjoyed a lovely ride along the nearby Leeds to Liverpool canal."
