"very well managed hotel located within short walking distance from khar railroad station. spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. everything always spotless clean rooms (thanks to mr. amit kumar on my floor). good breakfast buffet. generally friendly and helpful staff. variety of basic neighborhood shops and restaurants all in immediate walking distance. will definitely return. "The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"

"Room decor was poor and things were coming apart. The lifts were small, slow and antiquated. The room appeared musky and tasteless. Reception staff had a poor grasp of English and may seem abrupt and unfriendly. They would talk to you and be easily distracted by another person's enquiry and left you. Come on.... deal with the person in front of you first!!!"

"It’s more of a local hôtel , international guests might be disappointed but i liked the local atmosphere and the staff was quite nice . The best is the restaurant with a view on the beach , the food there is delicious . And the location is prime , one minute away from the Juhu beach and its animation. Juhu beach is relax vibes, kind of local but i enjoyed it . If you are not too demanding and want the decent local experience, go for it . Also Juhu beach is quite away from Center of mumbai but...

"Decent room for couple of nights stay.. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful and cooperative. Room cleanliness was not up to the expectation.. It was noisy with the renovation going on in the hotel and the traffic on the main road. "
