"Tried to check in, but reception advised that they did not have our Expedia booking and the hotel was full, despite the fact that we had already paid and booking showing as confirmed.
The reception staff found us a room at a nearby hotel where we paid again in full for another room.
Awaiting refund from hotel / Expedia."
"Okay type hotel, with congested surrounding, according to price its matching, as i was in a short trip with lots of financial restrictions i choosed this property but overall i will just say it a mediocre hotel🙂"
"I drove around in a taxi looking for this place for 1 1/2 hours did not find this place. Finally had to look for another hotel room in the area. Big disappointment. "
"They gave me wrong address. Then after i got there they had the driver take me to a different property. Then they checked me in and said i had to pay cash. When i insisted on card their csrd machine wouldnt work. Then the room had one bed when it was supposed to have two and didnt look like the picture. When i said i am just leaving i had 3 guys just keep insisting for 20 minutes to stay at their property. They were probably well intentioned and trying to make up for the mistakes but it was too much. I expected better."
