This is a beautiful property in what is one of the prettiest regions os Spain. We spent one night here before our hot air ballon the next day given the property is about 35 or so minutes from the site. The hotel has a lot of character and the rooms were spacious. The front desk staff we interacted with was great, as was the restaurant staff, including Consuelo. The food was especially delicious, given most of it comes from the region, including the wild boar. Stayed there for two weeks while my son was attending a program in Girona. Great value. Clean. Great location— short walk to train station as well as to touristy areas.
I reserved a room and got an apartment for the same price. This seemed to be a family run place. Everyone was very accommodating. Had a really nice dinner in the restaurant one night. Cooked in my small apartment the other two nights. Nice break from living hotel room to hotel room.

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and quiet. The staff gave us a map and explained how to get downtown for sightseeing and shopping. We had on site parking which was important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Girona and would like to return and spend more time.
