Great hotel! Everything is so new and very aesthetic. One of the best well-designed, clean, comfortable and modern room we had in the history of all hotels on the island! Plus, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Mr Khooshal for making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

It is a fantastic hotel close to business, I literally walked to some of my clients in Port Louis. Staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. My only complaint would be that my mattress and pillows were getting close to the time that it should be changed, but saying that, it was not uncomfortable at all.

We came to Balaclava as a family. The look of the hotel is breath taking; every room has the ocean view. We loved the fact that the hotel was secluded and not in busy areas. The hotel staff are very respectful, kind and always acknowledge hotel guests. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is outstanding. Great price quality balance

Staff was very collaborative & helpful, good atmosphere. The pool is very nice and the breakfast delivered to the bedroom was a good change. No water bottles in the room & you only get complimentary coffee on the first day, need more space in the parking too but the stay there was very enjoyable.

The staff was completely adorable and was looking after us all the time. We had a halfboard stay and all the food we tried was really nice! We went with a baby and everyone was helpful and pacient! We had a 10/10 experienceeeeeee

La piscine est accessible 24h/24, le petit déjeuner est très bon, et s’il on souhaite des œuf brouillés avec saucisse on rajoute 100 roupies par repas. Il y a aussi 2 vélos qu’elle prête à la journée. La chambre était bien isolée et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien ce qui est un +. Je recommande absolument !

Bon hotel. Nous avons apprécié la convivialité des personnes a l'accueil et du chef cuisinier. Avant notre départ, le propriétaire de l'hôtel a même offert une crêpe a nos enfants. Nous avons pu profiter des palmes, transat et parasol de l'hotel prêté gracieusement. Merci !

The service at this resort is impeccable. Every aspect is luxury from the rooftop pool to the beautiful beach. There is an abundance of loungers and while some people put out towels at sunrise, it was unnecessary as we never had a problem finding a longer at any time of day. This might not be the resort for you if you have children that would like to be entertained but as a couple enjoying a romantic getaway this was exactly what we were looking for. We originally booked at another hotel and stuck it out for two days until enough was enough. Constance Prince Maurice was a breath of fresh air and just the kind of pampering vacation we were hoping for when we booked a trip to Mauritius. We were there on our honeymoon and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and beach. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The food was excellent and we enjoyed having the different suggestions of the day besides the normal menu. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful and quiet place to just relax and enjoy your stay.

They stay was the best hotel we stayed in mauritius. Wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked. Staff was very welcoming and and professional.We will return soon.

Pros: We loved the staff's friendliness, beach cleanliness, and ocean view. All staff members treated us kindly and were very inviting and welcoming at all times, especially Gesh who was always ensuring that we were satisfied at all levels and willing to take the extra mile to accommodate whatever needs we had.
