**The Best Hotel Experience of My Life!** This was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had! The hotel facilities were stylish, modern, and luxurious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the airport. I also highly recommend visiting **Archie's**, a restaurant nearby. The food and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic! I had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Great

We had a great stay here. The location is close to everything and the staff was amazing.

Outstanding service! They go above and beyond to help make you feel at home and are super supportive in helping you with any questions or issues you might have. Thank you Cynthia and Lindsay first and foremost.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best that I've had in Shanghai. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station which is a plus. Unfortunately, there is nothing else of note nearby.

This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place.

Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staffs ( especially the 1F reception), good room size, nice and clean. Good selection of breakfast options. Keep up the good job!

Location, slacial room, clean

The hotel staff here are outstanding they were very helpful to my family of six and went above and beyond to make us comfortable! I wholeheartedly recommend them and would stay here again!

clean

Good location with lot of access to nearby malls, eateries, restaurants but yet not overly crowded area. New modern hotel.

The location is really convenient for me, close the metro station, close the shopping and all kind of restaurants. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is very space, with city view. The breakfast has a lot of choices and they change items daily.

This hotel is conveniently located at the city center, walking distance to major shopping malls and bars. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is 5 star in all respects but location. Cab drivers can't find it and is in a hutong/factory area. BUT, it is about a mile from the Bund and compared to what you would pay 2 blocks closer, it is a bargain. Probably the biggest thrill is when your jaw drops when the cab driver finally locates it!!!

This property was in a great location! Minutes from Yu Garden and the bund! The staff was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Our room cleaners were awesome. They came everyday and cleaned. Free laundry was a plus! The breakfast buffet was a hit. A variety of noodles, eggs, meats ,vegetables, pastries, soups, coffee, tea, juices and so much more! When we had to hail a didi, we just had to go downstairs and they were always there. Don't forget to download Alipay or Wechat!...

FIRST OF ALL, THE PRICE IS LOWER THAN MOST OF THE FIVE STAR HOTEL, AND THE QUALITY OF THE ROOM IS ALSO BETTER THAN SOME OF FIVE STAR HOTEL, BIG, CLEAN AND COMFORT, IT JUST WONDERFUL. THE STUFF IN THIS HOTEL IS VERY NICE, KIND. I WOULD DEFITINLEY STAY IN THERE IF I COME TO SHANG HAI GAIN.
