Very high ceilings, grassy lawn in front, parking next to building inside electronically gated property. Very clean and equipped with airconditioning unit. Provision of amenities for the bathroom and for coffee, water. The plugs do not have outlets for USB or international tech connections - you must bring your own plugs and adapters. A few kms. from Serravalle Outlet Mall."

"The perfect getaway in a quiet Italian village, away from all the noise of big cities! It was close enough to a small city to get what you needed but none of the traffic and noise. Staff was peasant, place was comfortable, and the 360 degree view of the surrounding area was breathtaking!
