The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.
This hotel was excellent! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. We would definitely use this hotel again if we ever came back to Venice. It is close to Saint Marks Square and lots of shopping is available.
This is a perfectly situated hotel. It’s walkable to all major landmarks and located right on the Grand Canal. If you don’t feel like walking, there’s a water bus stop immediately outside the hotel!

The hotels approximate distance to the airport is "delicious" with the added accommodations of a shuttle only costing 2 Euros. I only viewed there breakfast options (I had other plans) in the restaurant and they had a delightful spread of yummy options, eggs, pastries, fruits, vegetables; beautifully displayed. The food options and resources located close by are also generous, an Italian restaurant, pizza and gyro shop, supermarket, specialty store for olives, wine and what appeared to be...
It is such a wonderful place. I've been there twice now and it truly feels like home. The staff is just so incredibly skilled, professional, helpful and friendly and the bedrooms are so beautifully decorated and comfortable. I've stayed in many different hotels in Venice but Ca' Sagredo goes straight to the top of my list!
The location was perfect for our 2-day stay. We were very close (9 minute walk) to the car park where we met our private transfer to Ravenna where we boarded our cruise ship, and it is very close to the St Lucia Train Station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay there again.
The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.
This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head...
Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. Hotel Plaza Venice is an upscale property with clean and spacious rooms. We booked a 2 King bedroom for 4 adults and the room was large and the bathroom was big with a walk in shower with a hand held shower spray and a large ceiling rain shower head. There was a separate room for the toilet. The beds were medium firm and not rock hard, so that was OK for all of us that like soft beds.
