"Very modern, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, superior central location"

"Nice hotel, next to the central station, close to the downtown."

"Perfect location. Wonderful breakfast buffet and fun bar and restaurant. Water taxis make exploring fun. Museums and cruise terminal within a block."

"Room was excellent as is the location. Hotel is nearby to major development which is causing some disruption with noise and road closures but would still use again."

"The hotel Room Mate Bruno was just what we were looking for. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Holland America Cruise Terminal. The hotel is literally across the street from the terminal. There was food close by in the food hall. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay at Room Mate Bruno if we were back in Rotterdam again!"

"Great Rotterdam location nearby many attractions"

"Staff was very kind and helpful"

"The staff on arrival, at the bar and during breakfast were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and the hotel location was ideal. We really enjoyed the breakfast and will book again when next visiting Rotterdam 😊"

"Perfect location, and everything you need for a short city break"

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

"Lovely quiet, clean and retro room. The staff were helpful. Breakfast is nice with plenty to choose from."

"GOOD LOCATION, CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION"

"Convenience location, right in city center. Shops, restaurants are in walking distance"

"Not much to complain about. Place is well maintained. Staff is super helpful. POD was small yet comfortable and cleverly arranged to give me enough space to contain all of the luggage I had. Bed was comfortable. Only con was the lack of FREE hot beverages such as tea or coffee that you MIGHT get at other places. Other than that it is a very nice looking place in a very central location."
