The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location."

"Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price."
