"Great location at airport for easy flight access "

"Parking charges are misleading. “Additional charges for parking may be applicable” is very different from not having their own carpark & having to use the public carpark opposite the hotel with charges starting from £10 for overnight & getting ridiculous when you stay longer. Payment is taken by hotel in reception. The room I stayed in faced the road. Large clean room with the strongest water pressure I’ve come across in the UK. But the traffic noise from the road was off the scale. No double glazing, busy road, very close to the roundabout and next to a bikers pub. It was too noisy to follow a phone conversation or watch tv, never mind sleeping. The staff were lovely. "

"This hotel is worth the money if you are flying out of Gatwick. The staff are very nice the hotel is clean and quiet and it is attached to the airport so its very easy when travelling. Highly recommend."

"Ideal place to stay on the night before our long plane trip We just wanted to relax, we had neighbours shouting very loudly so my daughter knocked to see if they needed any help! They then were very quiet. We went to the sports bar to get some food. I asked for the pulled pork but without mustard and pickle to be told no they can’t do that! So clearly the food is not freshly made as if it was they could easily do that. I asked another question in the adjoining restaurant which was another refusal. So went in to the airport to get something. The bed was comfy and the room clean."

"Our key concerns re the property: - We may have missed it when we confirmed our booking, but when we arrived we found there was a GBP 12.00 parking charge. This seems very high given the cost of the room. - The room was unbearably hot, and even after adjusting the thermostat it stayed hot all night. - The room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room; it was very musty. - Finally, we had dinner in the restaurant and it was appalling. *My son ordered a pizza, and even though it was only 7ish pm, they had run out of pizzas. *I ordered a steak; it was GBP32 on the menu, and came out cold and overcooked. *My husband ordered a burger; the patty was the size of a beef slider, and was so overcooked he actually had to use a steak knife to cut it. Also on the burger was one slice of tomato, and one slice of lettuce. It was shocking for the price, particularly as it was almost inedible. I will say the service in the restaurant was very friendly, but the food was terrible. The ibll for the steak, two burgers, two glasses of wine, and a non-alco' beer was GBP 99.00. "

"The staff was friendly, helpful and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and it was not repaired throughout our stay of 6 nights! We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well. "

"Clean, comfy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay not far from London and surrounding attractions. Check in was easy and it's nice and quiet. Was grateful for the kettle and supplies in the room. Only thing is the TV should have a pull out bracket as the angle was a bit strange for the bed."
