"They deliberately provide a totally wrong address, which is in the middle of city, but when we get there at night, there is no such a hotel, after a google search, we figured out it’s actually 10 km away. We have to hire two motorcycles to get there.when we get there, it actually in the middle of cemetery, a lot of dogs around, and it’s extremely dangerous for us. And there is no hot water too, and sofa was hold with a few breaks."

"The worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at in my life. It's actually a joke to even call it a "hotel". You can't call for room service, there is no phone, everything was dirty, the room wasn't cleaned, check-in was a nightmare, terrible amenities, no VIP amenities offered, even with VIP status, will be getting a ranking of zero stars."

"Booked a VIP room. Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. "

"여행을 좀 많이다닌 편인 50대 부부입니다ㆍ3박을 하는동안 첫날은 청소때문에 체크인을 1시간늦추더니 들어가보니 휴지도 타올도없고 그다음날은 아예 청소가않되있었읍니다 제가영어라도좀 할줄알아서 요행히 직원을찾아가항의하여 청소는 했지만이렇게형편없는 관리시스템을 가진숙소는 처음입니다ㆍ심지어는 그엄청난 객실수를가진 숙소에 카운터직원도 3일동안 없었고 객실전화는 아예먹통이고ᆢ시내로가는 그어떤편의시설도 제곳되지않았으며ᆢ와 내생애 최악의 숙소였읍니다"

"Pool area snd pool were nice and relaxing. Rooms are pretty basic but clean. The area outside the hotel needs a bit of a clean up as first impressions are not good. Overall though we enjoyed our stay here."
