4 Star Hotels in San Agustin

Yes, everything was excellent.

Great place, wide and comfy apartment, indeed on the hill, but you can handle it :)

staff goes above and beyond to make the stay great. everything was perfect.

Super clean and very modern. The staff were amazing. Special mention for Mario at the front desk.

Hotel was very nice with all the needed amenities. The adult pool was great. The hotel was close to the Yumbo center which had great night life.

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. The room was also clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and I definitely recommend it to...

Perfect staff and the room was allways clean

Great staff

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Also, people would put their towels down and leave for hours, which was aggravating. The proximity to Playa Inglés was spectacular and we enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. Beware of the...

The hotel is large and clean. The food was plentiful, full of variety, and delicious. My room faced the pool, so as a result, it was difficult to sleep until the evening shows ended at 11:00p.m. as it is very LOUD. I upgraded to the all-inclusive premium which is an additional 15€ a day but well worth it. You have the option of top shelf drinks, bottles of wine at your meals, fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast, free use of your room safe, slippers, robes, and late check-out all included....

We loved the hotel, although the food was a bit disapointing.

Location, Mas Palomas (south end of island), was not the Las Palmas area I'd thought I was getting. Mas Palmas is prime location for sun-loving Europeans from the north. As such, there are more tourists than natives and restaurants cater to them. Not so much Spanish food or flavor to be found! Hotel facilities are grand.

The staff was awesome. I would stay here again

Clean room staff nice , too many kids for my test but great place
