"Absolutely disgusting wouldn’t keep a dog here let alone humans. Bugs on the bed, dirty bed linen and marks all over the wall. The smell of damp was in the air… I sat there when I arrived and thought is this prison? I went straight back on the booking app and chose somewhere else habitually better. "Sheets had rips, asked for non smoking. Smelled like smoke and had an ashtray. No coffee or tea or water in the room which I feel is standard. Carried our bags up 2 sets of stairs. Would not go back"
