The staff at this hotel make the stay 5 stars! The island is absolutely beautiful and only 20 minutes from the main island. It is a small island so there is a decent amount of guests on the island but it is not overcrowded. There are activities that they provide for you to do (water activities) for an extra cost. It was stormy and rainy most of the time we were there so we were unable to do it. They also have island hopping.

We loved staying at Lomani for our honeymoon! The staff were wonderful and so helpful. They arrange getting to and from the island for you, which we were unsure of how to do without cell service. They greet you with fresh coconut waters upon arrival and escort you to your room (luggage delivered to the door). We were there for 3 nights with our 7 and 11 year old boys. They swam, rode jetskis, sailed, swam, played with jellyfish, snorkeled and generally had a great time. When we sat in the restaurant eating and drinking...they played on the beach.
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early! Hotel food was great and room was updated. They held our luggage for us while we went on an atv tour after check out!
The hospitality of the Hilton staff is top notch.

- the lobby needs renovation
- extending swimming pool hours
- parking lot needs to be repaved
- the buggy drivers think they have right of way, which is unsafe
There are so many things to love about this resort. It's gorgeous. I liked that it's a smaller resort, so you aren't dealing with tons of other people and fighting over space at the pool, etc. There were almost always pool loungers available and we never had to wait at the restaurants. The snorkeling was amazing since there's a reef right off the beach. My boyfriend and I saw SO many fish, as well as turtles and a few reef sharks. The tides apartment was one of the best places we stayed at while in Fiji! It was a bit difficult to locate since gps guided us to the opposite side of the fence. We had a bit of a misstep with check in and proper instructions were not given on how to get keys for the house. The property did also have security on the premises which was a nice bonus.

Beautiful resort, right on the beach, with gorgeous views and a very relaxing, welcoming and accommodating vibe. The staff were friendliest people I have ever met and went above and beyond to cater for the resort guests. Loved the snorkeling, swimming, sailing, surfing, food, happy hour and lots of other resort activities! Strongly recommend a visit to Tropica for an experience you will not be disappointed by.
