The new owners/staff are so helpful, accommodating and friendly. The rooms are recently renovated with some very fancy amenities (never used such a high tech toilet before, the heated toilet seat was pretty nice). The cottage we stayed in had a kitchenette and they included a lot of nice little toiletries, coffees, snacks… The cottage was also pet friendly. Very happy with our stay. If we ever need to stay somewhere in Hope again we’d definitely try to stay at Richca!
