"The staff at Sens Hotel are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Housekeeping does an exceptional job. Returning to my clean, comfortable room after a long day always felt like a treat. On my most recent trip, a flight cancellation led me to rebook an extra night at Sens. I had been up all night at the airport and contacted the hotel to see if I could check in early. Not only did they accommodate my 9 a.m. arrival, but they were also genuinely sympathetic about the airline chaos. Their compassion and readiness to help meant so much. I always choose Sens when I visit Montreal, and I’ll continue to do so. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and I especially appreciate the absence of carpeting. Such a plus! Highly recommended."

"I had an unexpected layover at YUL due to flight delays and had to quickly find a hotel. I was able to book the room, use the airport shuttle, check-in and be in my room within 20 minutes. The staff at the front were helpful in suggesting places to order food to the room and their suggestion was very tasty. The bed was comfortable and I had a wonderful shower as well with strong water pressure. For a quick layover at YUL or to catch a flight at YUL this place is recommended. They had breakfast at 630am but I was unable to have it or use any amenities. "
