I contacted the hotel explaining the situation and that as I was fully aware that I wouldn't be able to claim my payment back .I asked as we were regular guests there when we go on holiday if we could change the dates. We did not even get a reply to our request . So instead of cancelling the stay . We just didn't turn up. Why cancel the stay to enable them to sell the room again so get paid for it twice ?"

"Beautiful venue. Menu fairly limited and expensive but dining room experience was lovely. Room well appointed but dispensers didn’t work and the tv was tricky to operate."

"Very helpful, friendly staff who greeted us when we dropped off our bags, before normal check in time as we were going to a wedding and returning very late. All went very smoothly and a goid breakfast freshly served the next day rounded things off nicely"

"Great breakfast choices, full English, cereals, fruit, toast, juices, steamed haddock with poached egg. Comfortable room and excellent shower. The hostess, farmer's wife, Lesley, was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The accommodation is on Kellah Farm in beautiful countryside. Would recommend it for a visit."
