"Lovely location in a quiet area and short walk to beach and town. Fab breakfast buffet, range of food in evening buffet is good however the food is not kept hot enough Generally around the resort the staff were good but we found reception staff to be curt and not giving you the greeting you would expect when checking in at this type of resort Hotel offered live music each night in the main bar Hotel car park is far too small for hotel and most parking is along a unpaved road past the hotel"

"Hotel is nice, rooms are nice. The view of the Cala is absolutely breathtaking with super blue waters. To get into the water most people jump from the platform but a ladder can be taken down into the water. There’s also a sandy beach a 2 minute walk at the sister hotel which we were allowed to go to. Only down side I would say is that doors slam all the time very early to very late, there’s a buzzer for each apartment and if the apartment next to you is being buzzed you will hear it very well. You hear the people walking upstairs as well. We used a white noise machine and were able to sleep well but it is something to consider."

"I would give this hotel a 9/10. Me and my partner did a week here and we both loved it. However, I would say, if you're planning on something a bit more peaceful, I would say this place isn't for you. That's purely down to the fact there are a lot of babies & children. However, the hotel does have a lovely adults only pool. They also have another hotel a bit further up the road that is adults only."

"It is a very large modern hotel, which in hindsight was not ideal for us. However the location is excellent being right next to the beach. It is an attractive cove. The room was comfortable and a decent size although the balcony was quite small. We did have a nice view of the beach and sea from our balcony. The room was kept clean each day. The breakfast and evening meal options were good although we found the buffet restaurant noisy. The chairs are heavy and people tended not to lift the chairs when moving so they created quite a noise on the tiled floor ! Car parking is expensive on site. The evening entertainment was average. The lifts are quite small and stuffy, no a/c."

"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."
