"We came to Sentral Cawang.. and leaving Swiss Bellin. And it became better under new Ownership. I liked to seatvand read the availible Jakarta Post, enjoy the nearby public transport system. What should be noted :.. it s a indonesian middleclass stay. Means :less to no western food at breakfast. But a like indo. Brunch every morning was worth his price almost, and I like it. "As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. "We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."
