"Love this hotel. The service is amazing, the amenities are beautiful and the room was so spacious and the bathroom was massive. They stocked the mini bar with various spirits to use to make cocktails for free and already had a nice big bucket of ice built in to the cabinet. The restaurants were delicious and the pool are is really pretty. The only issue was the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding at the same time that they had a ticketed event for the beach club. That was pretty annoying considering the price you pay for a hotel like this in Bali. If it weren’t for that it would have been a perfect stay."

"At first all was good however WiFi didn’t work all the time. I stayed 6 nights and not once were my sheets changed, bed was only made up. Other than that I have no complaints, it’s a good value for money place"

"On surface the service is good. But go deeper, they forget the requests asked. For example requesting for amenities like hand-wash, never received. Nice new hotel, competitively priced. Good location. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast could be improved."

"Great Hotel in a good location, very quiet with a lovely pool area for relaxing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities are comfortable and clean. Plenty of food options within a short walking distance with the beach around 20 minute walk. Highly recommend."
