You will be in a quiet relaxed neighborhood. The free shuttle service which drops you off and picks you up within a 5km radius makes life so easy as this includes Sandton mall. 300m from the hotel is a small shopping mall with lovely restaurants. You can take a stroll or if it’s too dark you can just take the free shuttle.The hotel is just so peaceful and you can have drinks nicely relaxed on the pool. Every aspect of our stay was intentionally welcoming. From the welcome beverages to the bedside treat, we felt cared for every moment of our stay. The tour of the sanctuary allowed us to have an inside look into the life of Nelson Mandela. Each person at the sanctuary told us more about the beautiful history of his time there. We highly recommend a stay at the sanctuary to all who visit Johannesburg.

The security at this property is top notch. Every vehicle entering the gate is scanned and intent is verified. The reception at our arrival was so genuinely warm and professional.
