I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay

I love that the property is in an Orthodox Jewish community, as it provides a wonderful connection to a special population in Israel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, while continuing to honor Shabbat and other important observances. I highly recommend the Prima Palace Hotel in Jerusalem to anyone traveling to Jerusalem. It is very close to the Old City and all of the holy sites in Jerusalem as well.
The apartment was excellent and in a very convenient location . Central to everything and easy access.
Highly recommended and will consider staying there next time.
One item they should consider- better comfortable mattresses.
The property location was excellent in Nachalot. It was easy to get around from here. The apartment was nicely sized and well kept. The bathroom had an excellent bathtub and shower. There was a kitchen that could be used in full capacity. I would definitely stay here again.
First -- when you get to what seems to be the right address, look for the green door and push inwards (ignore the handle that looks like you should pull it open). This is essentially a rooming house in the religious Geula neighborhood, with basic and very comfortable amenities and touches of artistic flair in all of the public rooms.
I loved my stay. The staff were tremendously friendly and accommodating, the beds comfortable and the furniture was homey albeit lived-in. Shower water pressure...
The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. When the staff found out that we don't leave to the airport until one am, they let us to stay in the same room with much lower room rate that day. We were able to take some rest before heading out the airport. What a treat for us! Thank you again for your kind hospitality and care.
My stay with my family at the King Solomon for 8 nights was absolutely amazing and unforgettable. I am happy we made the right choice for our trip to Jerusalem Israel in December 2022. The hotel lobby and rooms were recently beautifully modernly renovated and the hotel management deserves a high 5 for it.
From check in with Nizar was a breeze... 2 minutes... in and out... very friendly and accommodating to check out also 2 minutes... nothing to do.

We stayed for 2 nights as a couple and it was a great experience, better than expected. Hotel's location is definitely a huge plus, very close to the Old Town as well as markets / shopping / food on Jaffa St. Having (paid) on-site parking was very convenient too. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and good service.
We arrived on Shabbat, but we were able to check in before sunset with a very short wait for room to be cleaned up.
Room was not very large but adequate for 2 people for a short...
