The property was a perfect little English inn for a quick night during our trip from the US. Rooms and grounds were clean, staff helpful, and room well-suited.

What a beautiful hotel! From the moment you drive up, the property makes an incredible first impression. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, and the décor was absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Stables, and our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly didn’t want to leave when I woke up the next morning. Everything felt luxurious yet relaxing, making for a truly memorable stay. Great stay. Nice sized room, Lots of parking, Great breakfast. It is at the university, so lets food options in walking distance. Could use laundry facilities.

Nice place, did not make use of many of the facilities but restaurant and bar on site. Rooms are basic but clean. Overall excellent value for money

The staff is notably friendly and helpful and the Inn has a cozy country feel to it. For history buffs, it is close to the site of the Battle of Naseby during the English civil war, which essentially culminated in a Parliamentary victory (Oliver Cromwell) over the Royalist forces of Charles I. The countryside is quite lovely and conducive to some nice walks/hikes. Again, the Inn is a pleasant spot to relax, eat some good food on site, and enjoy a few drinks without having to drive anywhere,...

A welcoming staff and spacious accommodations.

I liked the fact that this not a run of the mill motel It also reminded me so much of the house I lived in from 1959 - 62, not far away at Allesley (sadly gone).This was owned by Jaguar Cars to accommodate student apprentices. We were amazed by the old fireplace in the sitting room, part of one of the old City gates.

Very clean and great staff, pillows are hard and breakfast is cold but other than that a great place to stay

Comfortable room, tasty dining and lovely garden. The glass wall to the bathroom is a bit odd, but not an issue for us.
