We appreciated that we had our two rooms located next to each other and on a lower floor so that we didnt have to carry too much luggage. The coffee machine was appreciated too. Hotel is conveniently located between Bournemouth and Christchurch and has good capacity. Regrettably they have no secure bike storage and don’t permit them to be taken to rooms."

"We stayed in a family room on the first floor which was spacious and clean with a sea view. The furnishing in general was adequate but quite dated. This was reflected throughout the hotel. The bath was rusty which meant we relied on the shower which was good. The balcony door wasn’t secure with a flimsy catch. The radiator although not used was very rusty in need of maintenance. The decoration in the public areas was better in general it felt like the hotel needed a refurb"
