The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean, fresh and welcoming after a long day of traveling. Public transportation was close, we used a car to get to old town which easily navigated to. The breakfast had plenty of options for the entire family.
The room was super clean. Comes with soap, towel, hair dryer, oset with hangers. Room service, too. The front receptioniat was very friendly and professional. It's located about 30 minuyes away from city center by bus. You don't hear a sound after 10pm on most nights. I recommend this place!!
Nice, modern, comfortable hotel, in general, as well as the room. Very attentive staff and even though we never tried the restaurant, the menu was varied. I was there for one night with my son, will definitely be back in a future visit to Luxembourg. Highly recommended.

As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. We had never been to Luxemburg before and the reception plotted out our entire next day of things to do for us (she was right on point, we had such a great day)! Nestled in the east of France this oasis beckons. Hospitality abounds. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and relaxing and with a modern element. We were able to have their delicious dinner in their restaurant as well as breakfast. The food is incredible with large portions - all fresh. The staff was anxious to help. It is right on the road with convenient access to Belgium and Luxembourg.
We struggled to find a hotel in Luxembourg that looked reliable. The Novotel Suites was our "safe" choice and it was great. A/C worked in the heat wave. Everything was fresh, clean, even a bit space age. Three sinks, solid door to shower room. Hair dryer was the best in europe. Wasserkocher in room, but only small paper cups. Tram has been extended to the city and is free until mid Sept. Electric black out blinds and sound proofing helped sleep even on the road side of the hotel.
