Great service with high quality facilities in a dream location. A perfect getaway place in the middle of the island and close to cute small towns

The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

Awesome hotel, good location for getting around. The service was great, food at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best with a wide variety of options and some things they change daily to keep it interesting. Free and easy parking too. Is the place I would stay for any future Mallorca trips.

We had a great time in this hotel. It was close to everything and the town was open late. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast buffet was spectacular food. I definitely will be coming back and telling people to stay here.

Beautiful location and clean

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa ! You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! ) The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift ! Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life. The staff special shout...

Nice play to stay quiet nights a lot of aged people and a couple of small kid families but would recommend to stay close within Alcudia but easy to get out on the road to any other spot aside from Alcudia, around an hour to get from the airport easy to get there

Sensimar exceeded my expectations completely!! The buffets in the morning and at night were AMAZING -- I have a bunch of food allergies but I didn't even have to ask them to make me anything extra, they had such a diverse spread every single night.. The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)

Arrived late at the hotel (remember to book a shuttle from the airport, you WILL need it! ) but we were welcomed with fresh juice and champagne and there was still food in the dining room. Our first room was more geared towards a couple, which, after taking it up with reception was upgraded free of charge for our discomfort. We have stayed at the Hipocampo Palace before, my wife and I enjoyed it so much we returned again this year.From the start to the end it was amazing. All the staff from Reception, restaurant and to the house keeping it was faultless.The only negative comment I have is to say 2 weeks went by so quickly, time flies when your having fun . Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more.
