The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. They will make all your reservations for your restaurants, tours, cabs, car rentals, ect. Will give all the recommendations you need. Very helpful with our trip in Santorini. Once we checked in we were helped with our stay and activities. The staff was always there to help us with anything we needed. I enjoyed the views but mostly loved how we were make the most out of the trip with the help of the staff.

The hotel and the rooms were excellent. The pool was gorgeous and the views magnificent.
But the most important of all was the manager (John). He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged hard to find dinner reservations at Ammoudi Bay and also managed to score a catamaran sunset cruise booking for us despite our very last minute request.
The hotel’s a little bit of a walk down from the road, but the hotel staff are great at lugging your bags to and fro.

I can't say for sure Skyfall is better than those absurdly-priced properties in the likes of Oia or Imervigoli, but I don't see how it's not right on par with the best Santorini has to offer. Well maintained, clean and modern property. We were here during the low season but still the property was full with tourists. Property is not facing the water as the pictures show but has water views. We stayed in a suite that had 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi and our own pool.so a lot more than a regular suite.
