"I enjoyed the stay, the room was amazing and the view of the creek was beautiful.
The original room that I booked had a strange knocking sounds on multiple areas of the roof but as I explained this to the staff, they kindly offered an amazing alternative which was a huge upgrade at no further cost, now that is a true problem solving+ retain customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
I would like to thank all the staff who contributed in this wonderfull stay.

"This property was amazing! I’d stay here again. There are so many options in Dubai and various prices but this one was really great because it was a reasonable price and five star service and felt very luxurious. The staff are 10/10 the food is also wonderful with many options and the new spa area was very nice. Also the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! "
