"It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"

"I stayed only for few hours. I have waited for an hour for the airport shuttle but no shuttle turned up. It was the other hotel shuttle kindly took me because he had returned twice and saw me still waiting. Spoke to the front desk and said you should have called. But none of this information has been said about calling in my booking. "
