Great Staff

The staff are very helpful and friendly and very convenient to metro and walkable to food and stores.

Hotel was very good. I booked 2 connected rooms for me and the family and they were very nice and spacious (1 King bed and 2 queen beds). Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming. All smiles for me and my family. Swimming pool is small but nice for the kids. Breakfast was good. Not crowded and easy to go over the buffet. Many food varieties are available to choose from. The manager of the restaurant 'Khet Khet' was exceptionally nice and...

I’ve never like a place so much like this… I will recommend Staybridge to everyone who wants a long stay and would want to cook personally because I wasn’t moving well with the Dubai food… And the cleaners Rahud and Sohalal made our stay very comfortable… I will always stay at Staybridge l

We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for a week in April, during which time we were shown the utmost kindness and respect by every staff member we came across. The check-in process was simple; our hotel room was neat, modern, with decent views of the city and also proved to be soundproof (apparently there are 3 nightclubs on the premises?). The Sheraton Grand is central to most attractions, which was important to us as we wanted to be close to the airport, Dubai mall, the Museum of the Future...

My family spent 14 days/15 nights in Dubai. We were 1st time visitors and we're attending a event for a week. Then we went on tours. The Hotel was lovely. Centrally located with great amenities. The pool was wonderful. It is not near the beach, but it is too hot at the beach. The restaurants were very nice. It was immaculate. Our view was beautiful. The spa was terrific. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff and service at the Shangri-La are some of the best we have experienced. They are always friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

I felt at home with very good experience and I plan to stay there in my future visits to UAE. I recommend this hotel.

Simply amazing! Stunning classic luxury without over dressing design, makes you feel comfortable at entering the lobby. I got Gold Room and oh boy it was fantastic experience! They sent me to check in at 33rd floor and i felt such a VIP guest entire stay. Room was fabulous, showers, bedding, lightning, view and service - i had a blast! Their sunrise pool was such a gem - i didnt want to leave. Make sure you try their Noire - dining in the dark experience, it was the funniest and most exciting...

All good

When I come to hotel They give free upgrade for 2 bedrom and make early check in

Very well located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Easy access to most areas and attractions and great view from the roof top. However the lifts can be quite trying during peak times.

This was my first time travel to Dubai and thankfully i made the right decision with this hotel. We received warm welcome from the concierge and the hotel staff who arranged everything for us on request. The hotel is located on the main road, right across from train station entrance. Very convenient in every way. The view from the hotel room was breath taking. We practically saw the whole of New Dubai City from the 52nd floor. We can see the Burgh Khalifa clearly as well. The staff routinely...
