"This was our third time staying here. We will continue to book here anytime we stay in midtown! We took advantage of valet parking this time and will continue to do so from now on. Rates were comparable to other nearby garages and it reduced some stress to have the hotel staff handle the logistics of parking. We had an issue with our shower not draining properly, but it was addressed and corrected right away. Clean, safe, convenient location, friendly staff. Thank you (again)!"
