The staff was unusually friendly and accommodating. I’ve never met such friendly people behind a hotel desk. The full English breakfast was also a plus.
I stayed in two different rooms between two nights. Both were very comfy, although the second one - the single twin bed - did not have an air conditioning unit even though they did provide a fan. Reception was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with eggs and hash browns I could eat as a vegetarian, and there were nice event spaces and a front patio as well. I was there for a friend's wedding that took place nearby and was happy this was the hotel she chose.
I just was there 5 nights and literally every member of staff was so incredibly helpful and kind to us. We are very high maintenance guests and I know it. My daughter has special needs so it is necessary but no one made us feel badly for all I had to request and in fact made me feel like a friend. You’ve got an amazing staff. The front desk staff was very friendly. She took the time to have a conversation with me as if I was a friend staying with her overnight. As a hotel, you need to stop the attitude of treating your guests like a process but instead, connect with them as a human. The lady with a hijab who checked me in did an excellent job connecting with me. Promote her! She performed very well.
