The hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The Cozy King room was cozy indeed. Location was very nice as well. Worth the price of stay.

I love the Symphony! It is the only place I stay when in Cincinnati. It’s safe, quiet, quaint, great parking, the sheets are awesome wonderfully soft, Egyptian Cotton, mattress is comfortable, even my very picky daughter loved our stay. But if that doesn’t bring you in, the breakfast should. The crustless bacon cheese quiche is still making my mouth water just thinking about it. Fresh fruit, yogurt and great coffee. I can’t wait to be back at my Symphony. You will not want to stay anywhere else.

I liked the pedestrian access to the bridge from the parking lot (using our room key). The room was clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel

Amazing property to stay at. Cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Fully stocked room. Friendly staff. I must stay here again anytime I come to Cincinnati. Very impressed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good stay💯💪

Expedia did a horrible job on this but the staff at the hotel Were excellent. I would stay there again but I will not use Expedia ever again. I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!

As I was traveling alone I was a little concerned about my room being at the end of the hall next to a stairwell. The front desk attendant sensed my apprehension and assigned me another room that had a more comfortable location for me. In the second room, my refrigerator wasn't working and the freezer was all iced up. Maintenance was there in minutes and determined I needed a replacement. They brought a new refrigerator and had it installed in no time!!!! Fantastic service!!! The room was so...

It was a brief stay -- just one overnight -- but it was all things I wanted. Great location (easy access to everything without being in the traffic nightmare that is a half-mile to the east), convenient parking, quick check-in. This hotel appears to be fairly new. Room was super clean and fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Will definitely use this hotel again for future stays.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing that I could thing of that needed any improvement at all was that the beds were a bit hard for my liking. I am used to memory foam. Great experience overall!

The staff was very friendly. Large room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Clean. No restaurant but there have some food available. Small bar area connected to the lobby.

Great hotel in a nice location and friendly staff, the fact that hotels dont offer daily housekeeping anymore is beyond my understanding

We like staying at Graduate but feel parking shouldnt be extra.

I enjoyed breakfast selection in the morning. I also like the friendly front desk staff.
